Refund policy

At Infyops, we want your shopping experience to be clear, simple, and worry-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please read the policy below before starting a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with the original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any included parts

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email

Items that show signs of use, wear, installation, customer-caused damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item and packaging, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For eligible U.S. returns started within the 30-day return window, return shipping may be covered by Infyops when the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our customer support team.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer a separate exchange process at this time.

If you would like a different item, size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or required accessories

  • Items marked as final sale, if applicable

  • Gift cards, if applicable

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@infyops.com.

We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may need to be handled as a return.
