Knoll

Knoll is a sculptural mushroom table lamp with a bit of presence. A milky opal half-dome sits over a cluster of mirrored chrome cylinders, so it looks like an object even before you switch it on, and the chrome quietly picks up the colours of the room around it. The opal shade keeps the bulb out of sight, so the warm light comes out soft and even.

It's a good fit for a wide nightstand, a console, or a dresser where it has room to be seen. At 600 lumens it throws a generous warm glow over its corner — enough to light a seating area or a reading spot, though not a whole living room by itself. Add a second lamp on the far side of the room if you want the warmth to carry.
